About Me

Kristina: Hello!
My background is in American Sign Language and Early Childhood Education with an Interdisciplinary Studies Bachelor's from the University of Central Florida.

I am also a trained Doula with over 7 years experience working with mothers and children!

Yoga found me at a young age as a form of physical therapy following a serious car accident. For the past 17 years, I have had the pleasure of exploring various types of yoga and incorporating them into my practice.

Recently, I was trained in Washington DC and Reston, VA with YoKid to teach yoga to K-12 students.

I am so excited to share my love of ASL and Yoga on this interactive blog!
