Now, Try "Lizard on a Rock" Yoga!
Do you want to be the Lizard, or the Rock?
If you are the rock, practice a yoga move called "Child's Pose" and kneel on the floor with your forehead resting and arms by your side. Be still and strong, like a rock.
If you are the lizard, slowly and gently lie down on your partner - place your feet and palms on the floor for support.
Soak up the sunshine and catch some flies!
